Rewatch Downunder Saturday 13th April B2 Shadow
M1795537OCVirn
THE START TIMES ARE DIFFERENT NOW
Downunder: 7.30pm, UK 10.30am.

B3 Shadow
In some ways, this is one of the scariest episodes. Apparently people in the future aren't any more moral than today, folks. There are still gangs and drug dealers happening out there, and in this episode we see some of the carnage they create.
On the other hand, we discover that pets are allowed on the Liberator (so why didn't they rescue Ensors's fish?) and that Cally hasn't quite forgotten her 'freedom fighter' heritage. Vila, however, does not cover himself with glory, Blake wipes out a whole species, and Avon booby-traps Orac, just in case.

And 11:30am CEST (in Sweden) hehehehe…..

Hi Pilot. What the ****'s been going on in Sydney? Just getting reports on our news about several people being killed.

Well, five minutes to go and as usual, I'm alone out here. I suppose there's time to go and make another brew (the other one has gone cold) but if I do that, someone's bound to post something...

YOU ARE NOT ALONE...

I was having a fun time catching up on emails (bane of my life) and completely forgot the time. Here now!

This is one of my favourite episodes and it marks me as a total Chris Boucher fan.
Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

How are things MsVirn? Ignore Sydney. People mouthing off about nasty foreigners etc., etc. And playing the race card when as we know, we're only one race, just different breeds, like dogs.

Phew! Good to know there's someone there! Hi, Obsidian. OK here, the usual grey damp start, but temperatures are slowly improving. Currently stuck around the 10C - 12C mark but that's definitely better than before.
Are you better now?

There's a wonderful Italian clothing label called Un-namable that produces clothing very like Hanna's and Bec's. I love their stuff. No doubt B7 had a big influence on my clothing likes and dislikes.

Morning all. Hope you are all well and that you are enjoying Sweden, Tyce. I had a great time with my friend, and, as a side benefit, my house is now looking very tidy! Getting back into the mundane world of work will be very dull.

Obsidian
I've always loved this scene of the crew on the flight deck. It's powerful and kinda sexy.

Designer rags? Or is it more subtle than that?

Largo is a great villain, but strikes me as a tad lacking in self-confidence. Cruelty ought to be fun, rather than an effort.

Hi AA. Good to know all is well at your end. Yes, having a clean house is always a major benefit of having visitors.

Frayed edges on some pieces, but the dull shades and odd shapes are very similar.

That would make sense.

I think he's terrific. The lack of real intent might explain why he meets his end, though.

Presumably Pilot's wandered off and got interested in something else. Nice to have him back, though.

You got a pet. That spells the end for tidy – or clean. Unlike children, you can't train them to dust, vacuum or mop floors.

And they have a lot more feet (each) to tread in wet and muck.

Very true. Although you don't have to waste time trying to persuade them to dust, vacuum etc. - you know in advance that it will be futile.

Sorry. Was just going back to look. I wondered if you meant the Shadow? My Shadow necklace in the making is using vintage Kaliningrad pressed amber, bought in Erevan.

Training children to clean floors - I failed miserably. They claimed the reason they didn't use the vacuum was because it was old and useless, and promised that if we had a new one, they'd use it. You can guess the rest. I don't think they ever used the new one.
