Having Jenna explain what 'cryogenic' is sounds so laboured now. When will Blake learn to say 'please' and 'thank you'? I was just about to say that I think that when cryogenic capsules have been encountered in Star Trek TNG and Babylon 5, it was assumed that the viewers would have a basic knowledge. And, to answer your second question, when hell freezes over. ![]() The exposition was possibly the Chris Boucher padding to which JD was alluding. Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

Jenna is making no bones about not trusting Avon, either to Blake or to himself. Which is a bit silly really, because there's trust and trust. They're all in this mess together and Avon and Vila's interest in staying alive seems to me to trump most other aspirations. As we discover later, Blake was rather counting on Avon to do the "right" thing. Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

Sorry, I’m purposefully about five minutes behind you guys, because I love all the Blake, Jenna and Avon interaction. |

Sounds like Blake's been doing his homework about Saurian Major. Pity he doesn't always find out what he's leading them into before it happens.

Hi everyone, I’m late but here. I hope you are all well. Just speeding forward to try and catch up. Hi Tyce How are you? How's your mother doing? She’s well enough to make my life hell! She came out of hospital yesterday and is doing her very best Sarah Bernhard impersonation, but she’s actually doing very well. |

I've never had to try writing 'tense' music: can't be easy to avoid stereotypes. Yes, maracas are good - they hint of things that rattle, like bones, or rattlesnakes, perhaps.

I get the feeling that this is something he has been planning for some time. Target 2, after rescuing the prisoners on Gauda Prime. I wonder if his siblings were among those who were exiled to the outer worlds (and then killed)? |

You have not broken your arm, Jenna. Stop making such a fuss. You bumped it a bit. If your humerus was broken you'd be in a lot more pain than that.

I only notice them in one other ep. Of course, right now I can't remember which. My brain hurts a bit at present, what with 8 separate Booking.com tabs open and 2 Airbnb. Decisions, decisions. Although I'd be surprised if Raiker et al would allow their prisoners research facilities. More likely he'd been cosy-ing up to Zen when the others weren't looking. "You're not sulking, I hope?"

The BEST version of Cally until much later. The "alone and silent" line might explain why Cally calls Blake's name in Terminal, because she, in fact, is the one who does it that way in the end. Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

Still trying to identify the exact Esky/cool box used for Vila's box of tricks. If your family had one, UK folks, I'd love to know.

I wonder why the women's costumes seem not to have surfaced anywhere? I remember Sally saying that she had one, but not all. Cally's red jumpsuit is nowhere to be found.

Jenna keeps saying the obvious. It reminds me of Sigourney Weaver in Galaxy Quest, when her character's job was to repeat what the ship's computer said...

I have an esky, but I don't think it's the same make. I think Vila's is a Thermos, but I've not identified which one. It's the clips that are the identifiers, and the handle. The colour is total 70s. Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

I've only just noticed it, but that is really not one of Avon's better costumes. Looks like he's been doing some messy DIY involving paint or cement. |
