I love the banter between Belkov and Servie. They do it so well. Yes, it’s brilliant isn’t it? Two excellent actors. Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

(I'm feeling virtuous because I made our Christmas cake yesterday). Sadly, that kind of thing hasn't been happening in my house for the last few years. Good for you! Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

How is she keeping that dress from falling off her shoulders? The power of pure evil. And yes, I do like this episode - very much indeed. |

Those grey shuttlecock things look interesting. Are they meant to be for ventilation, do you think?

Trying to bargain with Servalan is signing one's own death-warrant.

After he had Covid early on he seemed to be in a bad way. His wife, Sue, was doing a lot of prompting when he was part of a Zoom convention. Now, from what the remaining others are saying, he's a lot worse. Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

She must have been freezing in that frock! But she (Servalan) would die rather than admit it. It's part of her mystique. |

Just for once I would like them to indicate religion by something other than Gregorian chant. |

Yes, Michael had it in the first year and wasn't well at all. He did manage to sign a photos for the convention. No idea how Ian Kubiak managed that. Lots of help from Sue I suspect. The long-term effects seem dire. Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

Just for once I would like them to indicate religion by something other than Gregorian chant. But it's such a good signifier - even if whatever the Mecronian religion was had nothing to do with Pope Gregory's followers. "You're not sulking, I hope?"
