Do neutron blasters blast things with neutrons, or blast things into their constituent neutrons, or both? I suppose it could be both. Remember in Doctor Who, to reverse the polarity of the neutron flow. I do know neutrons aren't charged so they cannot reverse polarity- my guess is that it's a neutron sort of beam which is used as a weapon on Liberator. Resist the Host
