But you will never be free of Blake, Avon - he's living rent-free in your head, and he will continue to do so, even when you don't even know if he is alive. Especially then. He might turn up again., It's a class speech, though. Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

Morning everyone. It's nothing personal - I'm just not good at time-keeping, never have been. We had torrential rain on Tuesday - not much since, but lots of threatening clouds. Hi AA. Hi Tyce! Hope you are not feeling too jetlagged. |

The timing is off in this episode again. Somme time must have passed since the last episode, on the Federation side, for all these things to go wrong - yet Blake and co must have headed straight for Star One. It's a long way! I suppose that's true - even on a ship as fast as the Liberator. |

I want whoever designed the mid-mod wall inside the entrance to the Star One base to come and do one for me in my mid-mod house.
Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

They're all sick of Blake, aren't they? That's part of the reason this is my favourite ep.; everyone is on edge and they start thinking. A bit too late, but they do. Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

Back to the timeline again - Servalan also had to get back to Earth (well, Space Command HQ which is in Earth orbit) after Goth, and she'd have to wait until someone gave her a lift because Travis had nicked her ship.

Why did the Andromedans not just destroy the bodies of the dead crew? |

I imagine, being who she is, she could get a ship quite quickly. How do we know that Space Command is in Earth orbit? |

I always imagined Space Command to be located somewhere strategic in relation to the rest of the Federation. A sort-of Anderson Airforce Base. Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

These Andromedans look very rag-tag and bobtail, don't they? Not exactly a military force, more the little boats of Dunkirk.

Such a pity about what's showing on Servalan's screen. They just didn't have the technology back then to make it look like something that made sense. But they tried.

It makes a lot of sense to have a totally unshielded Power Well of Doom in the middle of a control room. |

The BBC didn't have it, but it was out there for those in the – at that time very exclusive – computer industry. It was something my brother was part of and it was quite amazing what was available for them to play with. It took a long time for things to become commercially available. Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.
