This is another fun episode - but I gather there are a lot of people who don't like it? Servalan's in it - what's not to like? I don't know. I've just come across mentions of it as self-evidently a bad episode, like Animals or Voice from the Past. Nah. It's very tightly plotted and played. Everyone is now on edge. Denouement is evident in it's every pore. Maybe people are put off by the dress-ups. Yes, I think it's the dress-ups they don't like. Then "they" are shallow and influenced by superficialities so ignore them. Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

Servalan reclining in a white fur coat, eating grapes - how typical. From her point of view, why not? Real grapes are probably something of a luxury in space. That cultured algae fruit just isn't the same. "You're not sulking, I hope?"

Is Travis already working with the Andromedans at this point? Yes. He tries talking Servalan into coming on side with his "ambition", appealing to hers, but, apart from getting her ship, he shoots through when he gets no more. I think it's probably an either/or thing. Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

That cultured algae fruit just isn't the same. Especially when we see that, like the north of England, there is no rain on some planets and too much on others and, hence, no fruit. She could take up eating prickly pear. Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.
