Surprised my nearest and dearest that Chenie is/was Nicholas Roeg's sister. Is that so? Nicolette Roeg. Nick's big sister. Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

Well he does. Oops! There goes the earring. He's trying to sound persuasive to get Vila to go down to Freedom City. |

Should we assume that ORAC, having proved the theory of molecular reduction, then refused to reduce its size again? Or did they just forget all about it? Yes, it is an unexplained omission which could have come in handy later on, or when Vila had to carry it. Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

Well he does. Oops! There goes the earring. He's trying to sound persuasive to get Vila to go down to Freedom City. But he stays that way to the end when he's smarming Blake. I like it. It should make Blake suspicious but doesn't. Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

I quite like the idea that ORAC responds to any future suggestion that it should do it with 'I've already proved it - no.' |

I like to think that 'Trekkers' are like rich kids on gap years - travelling the universe for years, just for the fun of it.

Incidentally, I think I come to Blakes 7 as a fan of Star Trek, Babylon 5, etc. - it's a variant on the disparate group of people on a star-ship scenario. But I get the impression that most people here come from the British sci-fi end - from Dr Who etc. |

Yes, I think that's true for most people. Whereas I have never been much of a fan of Dr Who - the all-knowing alien thing is just tedious to me. |

DW is nowhere near as edgy as it was to begin with. It's too formulaic now. More of a vehicle for the guest actors and the merch than good writing. The people who write/wrote for DW often have a hard time getting to grips with what B7 is all about. "You're not sulking, I hope?"

Travis is vaguely human in this ep., but our heroes get duped by that. They should have blotted him when they had a chance.
