Rewatch Downunder Saturday 10th Ogtober D2 Power

UK start time stays at 10.30am for a few weeks, putting off the return of the long cold. D2 Power This one is all about the POWER to move things without touching them. Not by shouting at them, although that often does work, especially with people. As does pointing a gun at them, Tarrant's favoured method. Tarrant being the replacement curly-haired one, POWER is also about a replacement blonde, since all space adventures are required to have one. They tend to need rescuing a lot, and neither their hair nor their make-up ever get messed up. POWER also marks a return to a certain quarry. where a tribe of primitives living in tents seem to have taken over. (Probably the Goths from Goth, who have recently realised that tents are primarily used above ground, not under it).

Actually, it would seem they didn't really need Tarrant if Avon was contemplating, back as early as Horizon, zooming around the galaxy with Orac as his sole companion. It feels like the organisers are more interested in making money than getting fans together to celebrate anything. But to some extent it will depend on the interests of the organisers as well, so if they're into models or whatever, that's the easiest to set up. "You're not sulking, I hope?"
