I wonder (and this is probably just wishful thinking) if there might be some sort of launch event with the remaining B7 crew, to launch the Blu Ray...like they did with the DVD release, waaaay back...I'd be there in a heartbeat!

Sounds good except, as I watched YouTube clip it says,,,,,,,,updated special effects, no,hope it will not be like Star Trek Original series, That ruined it for me. Upscaled picture,sound yes please, extras yep, but don't mess with the effects that's what made the charm,just my take.

I don’t think it’s you (or more precisely, your account) Supreme Commander…I got the same from you earlier, but also the same from my friend’s HMV referral too…I think HMV just have a limited number of referral codes, and if they get a lot of requests in a short space of time, it can take up to 24 hours for the codes to get emailed out…

I’d give it until end of the day today (Friday) before you look into it…I’m sure we’ll all get our codes today sometime…

Oh, and it doesn’t matter if it’s a pre-order…the 20% referral codes do work on pre-orders…

And yes, it’s been an exhausting day for you today (for obvious reasons!)…but good exhaustion

Just checking to see if any of you are still having problems with the discount code? I've had two confirmations so far from HMV that people have used my code but at this point in the exercise I don't get told who the people are (I'm assuming I will at some point in the future when the Blu-rays are actually sent out but don't know how it works.)

I've been trying to check and it's saying that you don't have to use the link, you can just go to HMV straight to the Blake's 7 page at https://hmv.com/search?searchtext=bla...BBox%2BSet

And when you get to the checkout there should be a box to ask if you have a discount code and you can just put my name (Diane Gies) and it should let you have the 20% off that way.

I'm not going to go ahead with the Prize Draw as it's not worked out as I'd expected it to as far as I'm concerned BUT you should all still be able to get 20% off your first HMV order and thus be able to pre-order the Blu-ray box set for £8 less than the official Amazon or HMV price. Every little helps, right?

Their blurb to me says:

All they need to do to get their reward is to click on the link asking if they've "Been referred by a friend?" in the hmv.com checkout and enter your name - Diane Gies.

They then add: If there is another person registered with the same name as you then we’ll just ask your friends for your email address too. (It's an unusual name so I can't imagine they would have more than one person registered with my name and I used my personal email address so I'm not going to share it here on a public forum but if anyone IS told there is more than one person using my name and you have to give the email address let me know so I can deal with it please!)

I tried using "Been referred by a friend" and put in your name, it just takes you back to a page saying (as before):
"Sorry, there's a delay processing your reward.

We'll contact you by email."

I'm sure they mean 3,260 pages rather than 3260 pages but the Federation banned commas at the same time they eliminated apostrophes.
