Hello all! Sorry to hear about the cat, Obsidian - hope he returned safely.

Next week will be earlier - but next week I will (hopefully) have finished the heresy book, so will be less stressed by an order of magnitude.

Poor Louella! Our three are in a silly mood this morning. Charging about all over the house chasing each other. And it's not even windy.
My week was mostly OK, and today my husband is off to Brighton (again) for afew days. I get to feed the sheep, poultry, dog, cats etc.

Justin pontificating about the War being a mistake - what did he have to do with it? The Andromedans attacked without warning. No mistake on their side. What did he expect the Feds to do - roll over and let them walk in?

The original script had Justin as Cally's teacher at "the Academy" on Auron. I can see Cally being more revolted by what Justin is doing now than Dayna. It seems out of character for Dayna to worry that much, given how into killing she is.

No idea what the trains are doing. Wouldn't believe what they told us anyway. He's driving down, so that he can bring stuff back. He was hoping to hire a van to make it in one trip, but judging by the prices quoted it would be cheaper to buy a van. So he's going to have to do a couple of trips.

Justin makes it sound as if the Galactic war was a long time ago...years... but it can't have been.

I think it's one thing to be prepared to kill in battle, and another to be happy to engineer new creatures from humans and animals.
