Yes, but what is Tarrant for? Being brave, young and handsome - and irritating the hell out of Avon? Probably. I preferred my answer – for cleaning away cobwebs. You wouldn't even need a long stick. Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

Is that it, then? Are we done? At least you shouldn't have lesson plans or evaluations to come up with Anne. Long may it continue! Hope all the making can still be fun, Obsidian, even if it is 'work'. Take care, both of you. See you next time for the Space Rats, more mud and more buddleia. Prefer brown mud to white mud. Silly costumes and slimey synthetic fabric galore! Have a good week peoples. Hope to report one big order down by next time. Stay warm and dry. Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

The real answer is that they needed to keep him for 'Sand'. They couldn't leave Vila alone with Servalan for any length of time, because she'd corrupt him, and end up with him working for her (while not really understanding how it happened). If it had been Avon, they'd just kill each other. "You're not sulking, I hope?"
