Someone had fun designing a frock to appear 'fashionable' but look horrible on Servalan. It is horrible, but I think that's the point because it highlights that lovely catty exchange between Dayna and Servalan. Oh, absolutely. Which is why making it must have been fun. A little bit before this period I made a one-sleeved t-shirt with wide tape around the edge, just like this dress. A young bloke (teenaged, walking with younger teenaged partner and baby) told me to go home and get dressed.

I wonder if one really could see a space battle from the ground? Wouldn't the armosphere get in the way, unless the battle was rather too close for comfort? Given the energies involved, I wouldn't want to stand in the open and watch it happen.

Honestly, last year at Forever Avon we were congratulating each other on our fine state of preservation (we're 3 months apart in age), and he turned the Tarrant smile on me and whoa!! 30+ years dropped off immediately.
