Well, I guess that's torn it. What will Blake do about that monumental attack on his monumental hubris? Hmm?
Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

Ah, the days when people were called things like Yolande! Wonder if it will ever make a comeback?

Don't know what it's like over there, but some of the given names here are shocking (and shockingly misspelt) and people have no idea what a diminutive is.

They probably just call 'em 'Titch', then.
Except there's a fashion in nicknames, too.
Don't get many girls called Vera or Agnes or Mavis these days.
"You're not sulking, I hope?"

Bother. It's over. Back to RL and housework.
OK, Anne, don't try to do too much: Covid has a nasty habit of draining energy even when you're 'better'.
Have a great week, both of you. Looking forward to Trial next time.

See you both next time. Enjoy your weekend.

Yes, Anne, take care of yourself. I caught a virus several years ago and still experience long periods of fatigue. How it is after Covid...

Write it off (with all the others) as 'Well, I tried' and move on to the next hairbrained scheme.

I'm not sure they ever did. I was quite surprised, sorting through the family cutlery collection, to find my great-grandmother's cutlery with the initials LP - for Lizzie Page - engraved on it.

There are a few Violets, Irises, Rowans, etc., but only amongst more thoughtful folk. Agnes and Mavis were not the most attractive of names. Both my grandmother and aunt were Phyllis. Could do without that too.

See you all next week. I won't overdo it, but I won't be able to relax until that shed is sorted. It is definitely preying on my mind.

Thumbs up. The flowers are having a resurgence. But not Hyacinth.
