Still I like to know the outcome if Travis missed catching that crystal ball?
Australia
The Penal Colony
Where Servalan is supreme commander.

Where did the BBC get the money for all those people in the background in the green suits?

They paid them peanuts.

They couldn't afford to let him drop it - they would not have had enough make-up to do everyone's face like Adric's.

Travis is seeming a bit androidy himself. Grunt, grunt.

He's developed some nice facial twitches for the character, too. Great actor, sadly missed.

The way he does totally emotionless is endlessly impressive.

As a QLDer I've been eating peanuts in large quantities all my life but found in the last couple of years that I was allergic to a type of peanut butter. Thought it was because it was dark roast peanuts. Then had a problem with another one. Did a whole lot of compare and contrast and found it has nothing to do with the peanuts, it's the nasty, petroleum-based anti-oxidant they use in it. People will blame peanuts and it's not the peanuts at all.

Like my brother is allergic to latex but it's not latex precisely that's the problem; he could hug a rubber plant with no probs. It's the chemical that they use to vulcanise it that's the problem.

Makes a change from hugging trees, I suppose.

Well, Cally gets A* for what she's learned about piloting the ship. Jenna must have been giving lessons. Maybe she got over her xenophobia.

Has anyone (Neil Faulkner for example) ever done a compendium of last lines? How many for each character? The best etc.? Don't remember if there was such in the Horizon Newsletters.

Hmm, I don't recall one, just that the first word spoken in the series is "Blake!" (apart from the PA announcements?) and the last, "Avon!"

It's a great idea, though.

I'm thinking "I'm coming back" "I will get you Blake" "Fire!" They're all good. Who doesn't ever get one?

I'm so sorry about being late with the thread. I'll try not to let it happen again. Thanks for staying with it when it did finally turn up. I'll set up next week's NOW.
Such a pity we don't see Servalan again for a fortnight. Oh, well. Hope you have a good week.
