What does the bullet have that I haven't??? Sad

How come Avon immediately assumes something's wrong when Tarrant calls in?

Because it's Tarrant.

foreshadowing I hadn't noticed before.

Reeve swoons as soon as Tarrant teleports down, because now Reeve is no longer the alpha male. And Tarrant is affected when Dayna teleports away, as now there is a surplus male.

The fakeness of the studio somehow works in this episode's favour.

I was just thinking that. I wonder how many hundreds of pounds of green sand did they have to make? buy? and shovel up at the end.

Such fun for the crew doing the clearing-up. Hope they didn't leave any sand lying about at the BBC....

For Woman in the Moon, Fritz Lang had 30 train carriages of Baltic sea sand transported to the studio in Berlin. As it arrived wet and grey, they had to boil it to give it the right colour.

Disqualified, though, as he landed on the referee.

That would make for a rather short episode.

No need for plasters. I'll just kiss it better.
And then maybe have some champagne with her, but without getting plastered. You know that famous Macbeth quote about provoking the desire but...

It would be extended out a bit by Tarrant dying as well, when the sand realises there isn't a female alive.

I like how the sand has all the computers talking about love.

Yeah, but he had a great chance to kill the Grade A Psychopath who not only watched her brother die (as he says), but actually caused that to happen.

All in all a 100% successful trip!

Girl next door.....

For the few newbies who might not know, when this episode was filmed, Steven lived next door to Jacqueline.

Tarrant has a theory. Does it involve the brontosaurus?

Tarrant's theory comes right after Avon explains probability.
Another genius plot device by Tannith Lee.

I hope it doesn't involve Johann Gambolputty..., or we will be sitting here for a long time.

Tarrant wanting to breed with Servie. You don't breed with a tarantula.
