why on earth have they not started hiding bracelets about their persons by now? Avon could hide a few in that lovely top!

He could fit a lot down those boots

Great episode, but the Orac sub plot always seemed a tad contrived.

Yes, it gives me the feeling that some of Orac's plot scenes got deleted, probably because they took too much time.

Yay, the writer remembered Cally is a telepath.

Finally, a writer who remembers Cally is a telepath. Thanks, Mr CB. (Although it does remind me of those 'counting horse' tricks one sometimes sees at the circus).

Yay! The boots creaked when Avon knelt at Hanna.
I tell you something stupid: I once had a recurring dream of that.

Steady

That's hard to be. I still have my old thigh high boots from the time they were when were fashionable.
They do creak the same way as Avon's boots do.

it is brilliant - Cally really is this fierce all the time, but they never seem to write her properly Sad

Only about as often as Cally uses her telepathy.

Love Avon's brainwork; he deduces the Cally's problem is locked up inside Orac.

Let's hope they don't know we're coming.
There's no reason why they should.

Or wouldn't be if Blake hadn't interrupted Zen when he wanted to tell them about the additional trace element.

Now this is not fair...a certain rather nice computer expert is all buttoned up!!! Methinks I'll have to check out that scene from the hot tub (mentioned earlier)

This episode has a heavy political charge and tells the story of the workings of a criminal organization.
Wasn't that a custom in media land at the time the series was made?

And according to Blake's statement about there being no nightside, they obviously circle the planet instead of the other way round...

a Huge ammount of the bad stuff happens because of Blake cutting people off or just plain not listening Sad Very sad.

I am always in doubt: does Cally flee to the planet, or is it the dark entity which sends her?

TT will explain later.....

To be honest, after at least fifty views, I haven't figured the sub plot out yet either.

Blake is undergoing a character change to a more morally questionable character. I think I've read somewhere that this was Boucher's purpose.

I really hate that the moondiscs got massacred. That is so painful.

So did Blake make up his own reasons for starting a (failed) revolution - sorry, failed revolutions - or did he have a mentor somewhere back there, whose example he was following? Cue fanfic?

Volderort got beat by a trio of high school students...

The Dark One in B7 gets beat by a flighty telepath and some singing cacti.

Cally was a bit rough to those moon discs that were comfy sitting on her skirt.
