Rewatch Downunder Saturday 3rd Ogtober D1 Rescue
Obsidian
This Dorian chap has a promising name, and he has a main squeeze. Very unusual for B7.
Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

Scorpio descends a long, long way. Why is that base so far underground?

Dorian's base uses a ground source heat pump, so the deeper the hotter, I presume,

Excellent. I think we can use you HVAC knowledge about the time we get involved with the Betafaarlians.

How does Avon know Doran’s wine is impeccable? He didn’t drink any yet.

It must be pretty warm down where Dorian's gone.

Because it's in a bird-proof container.

Hello everyone. Sorry to hear you've been ill, Obsidian. And I hope the new machine does what it's meant to.

I have just spent an insane amount on a new boiler (well, not an insance amount for a new boiler, but they are expensive). But it is nice to have hot water again!

I know the Liberator is The Ship, but I always have a soft spot for Scorpio.

Hi AnneA. It seems you understand what I mean about poorer: empty pockets, empty piggy banks etc. Glad to hear you have hot water again. Life is really miserable without it and boiling kettles isn't fun.

There will be more expense, sadly, as two of my windows need to be replaced. But it is necessary, sadly.

Dorian looks a lot better in red than Tarrant did. Funny how colour works, isn't it?

Dorian's taste in wine and women was impeccable. Sadly, he was a fan of Wham!

Steven and Josette must’ve got very tired walking up and down those stairs. I mean the BBC probably only had one flight so that every time they wanted to film them some more they would’ve had to walk back up and start again.

AnneArthur
All those years, and you would think that Dorian would have got some wine glasses. I always jars to see them drinking out of beakers.

Joe Dredd
Right. These new costumes. Are the men's jackets sleeveless? They match the jackets but I get the impression they're part of the next layer of clothing underneath.

And the rosé isn't even chilled, unless the whole cupboard is chilled.

They have to suffer a little for their art.

Dorian know about Orac (because he strokes it and reacts when he gets to carry it from Scorpio) but he has no idea Ensor made it. I'm not sure that adds up.

Oh Anne, you are a one! They wouldn't drink wine out of something as common as beakers!

They're obviously old Vegemite jars.

Avon's is a vest over a jumpsuit, over a pullover. Dorian's jumpsuit might be sleeveless under the jacket. Vila's looks like a vest over jumpsuit. Tarrant's looks like a jumpsuit with a collared garment underneath, then a pullover.

Well, that's a lot easier than trying to drink out of Marmite jars.

I'm liking Dorian's sideburns. Must try some. Suggest that Natasha Denona – creator of the Xenon eyeshadow palette – offer us a special palette and brush with which to carry it out.

Vila didn’t bother with the beakers.

You'd probably still taste the Marmite, whatever the size.
