Avon knew Tarrant go against his word,headlong charge I don't think he's got any choice. The alien is controlling his behaviour. Only Avon can, because of Cally's feelings for him. I think Avon was manipulative with Tarrant Yes, but a lot more subtle. Resist the Host

Tanith Lee takes B7 in a whole new direction. This is fab - actually, it's Eggcellent. Her episodes do tend to take latent aspects of the series, bring them out, and take them in whole new directions. Can you imagine a whole series of B7 written by TL? Had the Beeb been interested in Season Eric, it would have been nice if she'd have been offered several episodes rather than one. Vote Og.

Jan Chappell is great as the undead alien! It's always entertaining to see a talented actor take their character in a different direction, even in a fantasy sequence. And I suspect Jan had a blast playing dark and seductive. I agree with this I agree; also, Jan Chappell once said that she hoped to get more of these chances. Unfortunately, most of the time she had teleport and tea duties. Or nurse,pity I plan to live forever,or die trying.
