Avon was daft enough to ask Orac, not Zen.

Probably Orac lied, and I can't blame it. I mean, can you imagine - two grumps alone on a ship for years????

For the benefit of NerdyTeenGirl- the whole story of Del Grant, the mercenary from Countdown being ginger instead of a true blond is from when we were doing a non-B7 rewatch of Out of the Unknown, starring Tom Chadbon (Del Grant) and it was filmed in a sort of orange sepia tone. TT started calling Chadbon a ginger and it stuck- more than 5 years stuck- so it's been a constant joking back and forth between us and the other members of the rewatch that Del Grant is actually ginger. I know, we all need to get out more... and as to the very obscure references to Oldbury Power complex, a backdrop to many a B7 episode, we attended a convention in 2012 in Newcastle upon Tyne and in the quiz we participated in, the quiz master insisted Oldbury was located in Gloucestershire instead of Oldbury near Bristol. We complained and offered to call our friend Lorna because she worked at Oldbury and actually knew it was not located in Gloucestershire.

Oldbury is in the county of Gloucestershire. But the quiz master insisted the name of the power station was Gloucestershire Power Station and wouldn't accept the correct answer of Oldbury Power Station.

Alas, some of us have been doing this for so long together, and have become such good friends, that we've developed a bit of a coded language. We'll try to remember to explain as we go.
