Interesting that Avon distrusts Cally in this episode, but the second Tarrant accuses her of lying, Avon shuts him down. Avon's not quite himself. Last week he shot the only girl he ever really cared about. Give him a break. I was merely pointing out that even though he doubts her, he’s trying to protect her from Tarrant. Avon is often protecting others from Tarrant. He will have his reasons for doing it. Keeping in charge is one of them. Protecting Vila because Avon knows the man's value and respects it. *No, I am not. I am not expendable, I'm not stupid, and I'm not going.*

Here we see Cally's cabin and it convinces me that the cabin we see in Harvest of Kairos is the same. So that scene of Avon, Cally and the Sopron takes place in Cally's cabin, not in Avon's!

Jan Chappell is great as the undead alien! It's always entertaining to see a talented actor take their character in a different direction, even in a fantasy sequence. And I suspect Jan had a blast playing dark and seductive. . . Cockatoo? What Cockatoo? I don't see a Cockatoo! |
