Okay, I've started. It's such a packed episode, there will be plenty of story, plot and characters for whenever others join.

Started...what IS that lumpy thing? Sculpture installation? Diseased alien fruit?

Brilliant! Started. I like this ep a lot. The first script from CB and it's quite tough, though I gather it could have been harsher.

Had a nice chat with Adrienne Burgess on a Cygnus Alpha Zoom 'do'. She's from Brisbane originally, then Canberra, like me.

The Space City model is gorgeous. We've seen it IRL - it was one of Martin Bower's models.

Hello everyone. Nice to see you, even if only for a little while, Travesina. Had a relaxing Saturday morning, for once - rather too relaxing, as I'm late again!

I love that view of the crew on the flight deck with Blake, the King, sprawled in the front. It's actually appallingly sexy.

Karl Hower makes a return in Big Finish's latest Worlds of B7 box set 'The Terra Nostra'. But shh... spoilers!

Never thought of Blake as sexy.

I love all the costumes in this ep. Even Vila has a nice-ish outfit, before being reduced to dull greys for most of this series.

She would have been disappointed given that all the curls we're seeing in both Blake and Cally are perms. I had one then too.

It is not intelligent of Blake to leave Vila behind, I think. Better to have him where he could keep his eye on him.

Likewise.

On a less serious note, I like Avon's boots squeaking.

I had forgotten how sinister ORAC is in his early stories. Very much on his own side only.
