The System don't stock their ships with anti-radiation drugs. Ensor hates drugs but keeps a whole cabinet full of them but leaves the purchase of the desparately needed power cells to the last minute. Yup! Vote Og.

I think Servalan's clothing (and foortwear) must be made of that expensive fabric she had her designers invent - the one that incorporates a static charge specifically designed to repel dirt, mud, water and anything else that might make a mess (blood, guts etc). The stuff was invented by Alec Guiness in The Man in the White Suit.
