Why did Ensor not put a force barrier in these tunnels as well? It would seem an obvious thing to do.

Hi all, horribly late as usual - just started a few minutes ago, and am disentangling myself from Roxy, who is certain that I am only sitting on the sofa in order to stroke her. (Roxy is my cat, btw). A 10.30 start time next week will be very welcome!

Hi AA, I hope you are well.

I'm fine. How are you?

I’m good thanks.

Ms. Virn has a valid point regarding the Liberator not having ant radiation drugs on board & believe the reason given may also be somewhat correct.

What's the use of Zen telling them the conditions are 'tolerable'? Tolerable to whom? Within what parameters?

I think he preferred to let the phibians protect the tunnels.

The cheaper option, certainly.

They assume that it's to humans, but it would be interesting if it was not.

This isn't the usual quarry, by the way. We're in a different one for this episode.

Is this the only time we see Servalan wearing trousers?

M1795537OCVirn
It's not like Servalan not to have some sort of weapon secreted somewhere on her person.

M1795537OCVirn
Those must be Servalan's 'playing out' clothes. She doesn't often wear trousers.

Being such a 'weak woman' is not like Servalan - maybe the trousers make her feel vulnerable?

AnneArthur
It's a pity Avon didn't make a little remote for ORAC - it's rather neat.

She's having a bad day, that's all. And it's going to get worse, I'm afraid.

Their first encounter with Ensor. So polite! So British! Can't possibly tell him to shut up.

You know it’s kind of interesting with Orac. In the 70s they thought that the best most amazing super computers massively huge ones that took up a whole floor of a building. This thought that a small box could be so powerful is kind of ahead of its time.

I think it probably is. Someone in the Tuesday rewatch is bound to know. We should ask.

They might tell us later . . .

How does Servalan know where they are on that map? Absolutely nothing is labelled.

See - Federation magnetic charges stay stuck. Not like Dayna's

It is. It can draw information from any other computer without a direct link - it sounded incredible then, but quite obvious now.

Ha ha ha I can't stop laughing at those 'maps'. Absolute gerbage. Why not use Google? Or has mapmaking somehow regressed in the Third Calendar?

Just discovered an e-mail from Travisina from a short time ago - sends her apologies and says 'love to everyone and I'll catch up with the thread later'.

Love to Travisina.

Why isn't Travis writhing about on the ground in agony- he's had his hand blown up, for goodness sake.

It’s an artificial hand, so no pain.

Very high pain threshold?
