The bloke playing Chevner is brilliant. (David Baillie - I looked him up).

Yes. Part of why I love Dr Who, Robots of Death. Chris Boucher script, David Baillie, Brian Croucher, Lovely David Collings, Russell Hunter.

And those gorgeous robots . . .

They are. The BBC evidently had the funds that week.

More Cally/Avon shipping moments . . .

Gan can attack Avalon (or try to).

Joe Dredd
Ah, the analysis dome! They're using it correctly, sticking the virus ball under it. From memory, the sopron gets balanced on top of it.

He just can't kill her.

Does it have the gauze in it then? Can't remember.

I'd love to know what foundation garments the Soopreeme Commander is wearing. They are very shapely.

How can Blake be so sure Avon can reprogramme the android in the way he needs it to function? Or is it because it's in the script?

The room here on the base is nice and spacious.

The clarity of the DVDs does show up some of the flaws in the walls etc though. I"m not sure whether an enhanced Blu-ray would be an improvement or reveal too much.

Snort, giggle.

Because he's always trusted him. From the very beginning.

It wouldn't be B7 if there weren't any flaws.

Don't know. Those dodgy glue jobs. They are only mildly bothersome. My dearly beloved did say something earlier about them going heavy on the grease-proof paper.

The android is wearing very funky pink suede boots.

The launch silo door that Vila needs to get through in "Power" looks like plywood to me, watching the DVDs. It never seemed that way watching the video tapes.

That feels like a 'proper' Blakes 7 episode - one of my favourites in season 1, I think.

She's wearing some under that dress.

Absolutely agree with you. It's less reliant on fantasy and dress-ups and more on the straightforward fight. It's also very textured and detailed, with lots of believable props.

The Burkiss Way paraody of Blake's 7 had them going to the planet of, er, foundation-less women...

No, that is obvious with other garments she wears. There is narry a n***le to be seen here.

For those playing THE WORD at home, the answer to the above is (of course) 'needle', in reference to earlier comments about poorly-sewn zips, Gunn-sarr, and Cally and Jenna cutting out patterns for the crew parkas.

Rats. Two weeks until we see Servalan again. Oh well, I can always go back and watch this one again. But it won't be the same without you lot. Thanks for lifting my Saturdays to a higher level.
Take care out there in Downunderland. Crocs, spiders, snakes, cassowary... it's a wonder anyone survives. (Maybe not a problem for you, Anne, but who knows. Escapees from Flamingo Park?) Until next time, rebels!

There is now a whole generation of women who are going to find, by the time they're 50 or so, that they'll need serious foundations to hold up all the silicone they've had injected. Gravity never fails – unless you're in SPACE, I suppose.

Well, even that ties back to B7... I can't say I've listened to it more than once, but I'm sure 'Jenna' says something about the effects of zero gravity to Benedict Cumberbatch's character, in one of the B7E audios, to try and distract him.

Yes, She's only in four of them.
