All the old used costumes form episodes in the other series being used in the fight scene here. The Avon leather and studs one- on an extra AND Tarrant, and Blake's tunic from the first series- and others. Never make new when you have stuff from years past, says the BBC.

So...they came here because several other planets had ceded to the Feds, and they want to find out why. If the reason is the drug, the Feds must be able to manufacture it elsewhere as well. So why all the drama about Forbus?
