Ok Anne just keep in mind what I said.

I do feel that in series 3 Avon is too often operating on the basis of 'take what Tarrant wants to do and suggest the opposite'. Here Tarrant, uncharacteristically, doesn't want to investigate, so Avon is suddnely alll gung-ho.

Yes, it does feel like that at times. But it makes for 'dramatic tension' I suppose.

And now they've lost Tarrant. What a pity.

I like the idea of a wall with coloured glass/plastic blocks.

Vila's jokes are truly dreadful.

They might have guessed he'd be running down a corridor . . .

The meeting of the two on Tuesday should be something to see.

One of the nicer aspects of the 70s.

Those colours are 70's, for sure. I'd go for more of an ombre effect, I think.

Very convenient map, that. But I am always suspicious of people who state 'we're here' so confidently - usually they are wrong.

It's not often Tarant gets all the narrative. And he's front and centre in 'Death Watch', shortly, too. But he doesn't have Dayna as his 'straight man' there - only himself. Twice.

Yeah I can’t exactly see one of those “You are here” notes on the map.

I find the literal giant brain spoils this episode for me - it just seems ridiculous, somehow.

I’ll take 2 Tarrant’s any day of the week. ;-)

Like the maps they put outside popular places for tourists - 'you are here' means nothing (and the arrow obliterates half the image anyway) if you don't know where anything else is either. In fact, it makes being lost worse.

Is that all that bothers you about this silly story??

Tarrant and Dayna as rats in a maze.

Well, how long have you got? But it's the most immediately annoying thing, yes.

M1795537OCVirn
Dayna will kiss anyone.... and strangely, they don't die. Unlike the ones that kiss Avon.

He kissed Servalan, and she's still thriving!

How probable it is that they have no information about sex, when it's something most people think about quite a lot? I think they're just voyeurs . . .

Personally I find the blue alien men more annoying. I’m not the slightest bit convinced by them.

No, neither am I.

Now ORAC is speaking French . . .

I think it would have been funny if they had got the memory tubes the wrong way round.

Yeah, giant brain spurting green goo - doesn't work.
