"No-one knows we're here". Errrr, I think they could make a pretty good guess.

Meanwhile, Travis is playing off both sides against the centre. You can see how he ends up where he does.
Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron.

I have to say, the khayamiya (appliquéd textile) underneath the throne is probably worth a bit by now.

How do you know he's thinking about a pair-bond? Because he's a bloke.

Yes, that's what I thought last week. They must have stitched up the sleeve again after Docholli fixed his arm.

Is this the first time we see Vila doing magic?

That's not magic. That's a trick.

The cross-cultural includes Egyptian, West African, Indian, Native American, Renaissance Italy, not forgetting the Vikings. Such a delight.

Interesting, Jenna gets to do the negotiating, Cally says 'NO!' to Avon's plan ... are the womenfolk showing a bit of spunk at last?

A real hodge-podge! A patchwork of bits of half-remembered past.

Magic is when you can't come up with a rational explanation for what happens. Tricks are things you practice for weeks and still get them wrong. Well done Vila!

An entertaining hodge-podge. Of course, there's a bit of Central Asian as well. The set arrangers had fun scouring the BBC vaults.

So it is a trick to Vila, but looks like magic to Gola . . .

Didn't they just! With this and the cabaret last week, they are really getting to enjoy themselves.

What’s with Blake’s ‘good’ when Villa tells him that Jenna is pair bonding with the chief. He almost sounds as if (how shall I put this on a family friendly site) ‘that is something he’d dream about’. LOL

Maybe they're using up the full amount of their budget before the end of the series?

Like the public service – spend it all before the end of the financial year otherwise you'll get less next time.

To me it sounds as though he is fixated on getting the secret above all else. She's getting close to the chief - so she will get the secret from him - so good. But either it shows a great faith in Jenna's ability to take care of herself, or else it's pretty indifferent to her safety.

This is interesting, if something happens to Gola and Rod then Blake and Vila will have to fight each other. LOL
