THE WORD! - the Blake's 7 (Blakes Seven, Blake's Seven, Blakes 7) version of WORDLEWORD #01 ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ To play: post your suggestion as to which valid B7-related five-letter* word that might be. My response: I'll consider your replies and indicate progress daily as follows: Example: [B] ___ ___ [E] ___ Letters coloured pink eg. [E] are correct, but in the wrong place. Letters coloured green eg. [B] are correct and in the correct place. If there are two pink letters sharing the same incorrect position, or even a pink and a green, I'll put them together in curly brackets {X,Y}, {A, B}. It's been agreed that neither hyphens nor Roman numerals are acceptable. *Additional: by consent, from the start of the second year of THE WORD, THE WORD, six-letter  WORDS are now allowed.Winning: I'll show the correct answer when I post the new WORD, along with the name of the FIRST person to send me the correct WORD by PM. I'd say that if you know three or more letters are correct, it's worth PMing your guess.Entries end at midnight on Saturday (UK time). Three consecutive wins will mean I have to post an image of your favourite B7 character. Mind you, every time I win, I show my respect for her by posting an image of President Servalan. Additional: if the rebels can prove I made a mistake, I will remove one of the images of the Supreme Commander. (The WORD was formerly available in 'Xenon Base'. This game is, of course, a cunning plan to distract you rebels from your foolish little attempts to disrupt the Federation). Zen, state battle computer tactics. Zen: Since Deva is on holiday, and the others deserted out of fear of being laughed at, strategy options are now reduced to one. Battle computers are placing all our hopes on Taiellin. Ah yes - if one sweet little kitten like OSP was welcomed like that, who knows what might befall the others! Thankfully, Taiellin is brave enough to face it - her courage is truly admirable. See if you can help, Orac. The WORD, #8.15, day 1 I think you know what this means...yes, I WON again, and the WORD was PEARCE, as intergalactic tried his best to tell you. (Incidentally, 'love' is a little too strong, Weed. 'Holds in the highest regard', perhaps, although that wouldn't fit neatly into the poem). Let's move on. WORD #8.15 is ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ "You're not sulking, I hope?"

Solving SARDOS, which is much harder in itself since it’s a unique word encountered only in 1 B7 episode, with fewer known letters and no clues at all, shows remarkable memory. And yet, the failure to solve PEARCE, with all the letters right in front of you, almost in order, and with so many clues?! Zen, explain the conflict. Zen: Battle computers can offer only one possible explanation - she had nothing to remember, because she had never known the actress’s name in the first place. Yeahhh, And if you’ve never read Virn’s record... Hello. In case the avatar wasn't enough of a clue, I'm a Servalan fan, and have been since first wondering how anyone could manage to speak the lines she was given and make them REAL. Such an amazing actress. ...you have nothing to remember about "who Virn does adore". And if you’re not a native English speaker, you might never even have heard a name like that. Orac: There is, however, another possible explanation - she did it deliberately. But that’s unthinkable... Tarrant: She sold us, Avon. All of us. Even you. Avon: Is it true? Taiellin: Avon, it's me, Taiellin. Avon: Stand still! Have you betrayed us? Have you betrayed me?! Taiellin: Tarrant doesn't understand! Avon: Neither do I, Taiellin. Taiellin: I set all this up! As for me, I can't get used to that fact that we need to guess last names of the actors. I tried to find something connected to the characters or the planets. |

That's rich coming from you, intergalactic, especially when you can do more during this game. I’ll pass the reprimand on to Orac, without whom I doubt I’d be capable of doing even that.
