Stanley Kowalski? Will Blanche DuBois be putting in an appearance? Let's hope not. Don't think I could cope with all that 'toxic masculinity' aboard the Seaview. "You're not sulking, I hope?"

Can't really imagine Stanley K having (or admitting to) a younger brother.

Hello everyone, sorry I'm late, and thanks for waiting. My hip is a lot better, but it still hurts to sit at my desk for too long, so I had to arrange my laptops so that I could watch from the sofa. |

What have you done to your hip? I have done something to a muscle, apparently, but how I don't know - I did nothing the day it started. But sitting at my desk has definitely made it much worse. |

They breed 'em tough in the US of A - no sign of panic in anyone, even though they're supposedly going to be blown up within minutes.

But yes, it is good that it seems to be responding quite quickly to rest and painkillers. I am booked to teach a course at a summer school at Keele in a couple of weeks time, and I want to be fit for that. |

Yes, but a British sub WOULD blow up at the end, whereas Americans have to have a happy ending. "You're not sulking, I hope?"
