Really good, how we are subtly introduced to the idea that the forces at work have a hypnotic quality as Barbara slowly glazes over and is led by the bracelet. 1022 |

Yeah everyone needs 100% clarity for some reason. It takes away some of the charm Personally speaking, I'm really excited by the picture restoration of the classic episodes. It's just that one effect that doesn't work too well. 1025 |

Clever how webs as a theme are woven into the story in different ways. 1026 |

Adjusting to the alien atmosphere; again, the show thinking more deeply about the setting and the challenges of travelling through space and time. 1029 |

I loved this story as soon as I first watched it; as I had not read the plot or seen any of the derision of fandom, it was all new and exciting with great performances by all the regulars. I still really enjoy the serial now, even having read others' opinions. 1032 |

The Doctor and Ian discussing the new moons that shouldn't be there is the kind of speculation between characters I like. 1034 |

The full first appearance of multiple Zarbi and a Venom Grub. Why couldn't they keep the damn things in the shadows? 1037 |

I have to give credit to the sheer ambition of this story. |

I don't enjoy it quite as much now, but still find a lot to like about it and am happy to pass a couple of hours on Dulcis if I'm in the right mood. 1039 |
