Do you think those dog whistles sorry sonic noises, would have made Susan pass out for 6 episodes?

Maybe we should bring her back and strand her on Vortis. She and the Zarbi deserve each other Grin

Nice continuity with "The romans", as Vicki finds out Ian & Babs went to Rome.

Love the chat between Vicki and Barbara, it's one of those nice little scenes that add so much.

Reversing the polarity of the neutron flow. I bet that means something. It sounds great.

Great piece of acting alone to camera from William Russell, after the Doctor walks away from Ian...

They've got sun loungers in the TARDIS? Did they later lend them to Avon and Soolin, for use in Scorpio?

And it looks better than the painted space set in a Voice From the Past!

Jacqueline Hill is playing anxiety again so well here, as in Planet of Giants; Barbara has gone right up my list of favourite companions over the last few years.

I can't stand the filter on the camera or Vaseline of whatever it is, but there's a nice echo to their voices on the planet.

Everything looks better on my very old VHS copy.

Some old shows and movies shouldn't be cleaned up so much!

The worst offender is the Mind Robber, where the white void (on video) becomes a white studio where you can see the corners (on DVD).

Yeah everyone needs 100% clarity for some reason. It takes away some of the charm
