I still love Ted showing Father Dougal the toy cows.

So I finished season 3 of Brothers & Sisters earlier. The edge disappeared in the second half. Hopefully things will pick up next season. However, that's a little way into the future...

I started the extras on my Doctor Who Season 26 blu-ray box set

Just finished a double-bill of Monty Python and the Holy Grail and Monty Python's Life of Brian to honour the late great Terry Jones, now I'm moving onto a double feature of Doctor Who: The Curse of Fenric (the Special Edition movie edit) and The Comic Strip Presents: Mr Jolly Lives Next Door in memory of the late great Nicholas Parsons.

We are watching Monty Python's Flying Circus all series and then moving onto the films. Always brilliant.

Yes they are! I watched The Holy Grail recently. The Knights Who Say Ni must be the essential Monty Python silliness...

Have you seen the new remasters of Flying Circus? Absolutely brilliant job all round.

Grease.. the first movie I was allowed to see with my friends at the cinema.

There's so much stuff I missed when I was 14.

eta...One year my kids high school teachers did Greased Lightning as their contribution to the end of year concert. The NSFC version. I suspect it got through simply due to the fact it's a French school.

I laughed very loudly all the way through.
I used to be such a sweet sweet thing
Till they got a hold of me.

Finished the extras on the Doctor Who Season 26 collection which included a rather good documentary on JN-T which wasn't just about the good points of his life.

I have gone back to my DVD rewatches and back to the letter T.

The BBC year is 1984, the action is set in 2089 and Earth has been taken over by mysterious creatures which inhabit towering, three legged machines.

Watched Alice in Wonderland (USA 1985) last night and was amazed I liked it. How can you not with the likes of Karl Malden, Lloyd Bridges and Telly Savalas singing and dancing? Loved Ringo Star as the Mock Turtle too.
Zil: Oneness must resist the Host.

Just watched Sunday Night at the London Palladium with Bobby Darin. He sang 3 songs (not Mack the Knife or Beyond the Sea) and he wasn't even top of the bill!
I've recorded it to watch again.
I've been watching some clips on You Tube and I love the way other singers say to the host (be it Andy Williams or Bob Hope) 'I said Jimmy Darren...not Bobby Darin! (For those that don't know, James Darren was a singer who ended up as Tony in The Time Tunnel).
Cold.....you don't know the meaning of cold.
Cold is when you have ice on the INSIDE of the window!!!
