Watching NHL playoffs. Been having to follow the worlds online due to the time change. Good luck against Latvia.

Letīs hope it will go better than yesterday. They got two goals within ten minutes, but tried to work hard in the end. Too bad they lost after penalties.
Good luck today against Norway. These little "weaker" teams are the trickiest.

The clock.
I can't believe how late it is; I've got no work done this evening.
Too many distractions, some of which will make their way into tomorrow's Horizon news updates Wink

Congrats on the comeback.

I missed the first two goals Latvia scored but then I heard a yell from a pub nearby so I knew we scored Grin
Anyway....they really need to improve the defense to beat strong teams like Canada or Finland. If they will sleep through the first period with stronger teams, this championship, played at home, could end before it properly starts Sad

I didnīt get a chance to watch your game but I read that the USA won over Norway. Congrats Smile

Into the Woods.

I normally detest major motion picture adaptations of Broadway or West End musicals, but this was well done.

I'm doing a rewatch of all three series of the 2006 Robin Hood revival, one of my favourite shows of all time so I'm looking forward to going through them all in order. At the same time, I'm planning to take in the audio commentaries on the dvds.
Reversing the polarity of the neutron flow. I bet that means something. It sounds great.

I moved to season 3 of Leverage. It is one of these shows I can watch over and over again and it never gets old Smile

Have reached the second episode of Robin Hood s2, a hilarious parody of the heist genre and a favourite from first viewing, and have just discovered that the special guest was Dexter Fletcher of Press Gang fame! Until recently, not having seen PG, his presence didn't mean anything to me; but now of course it's a different matter, and a favourite episode is now doubly so. His rapport with Lucy Griffiths isn't the same as that with Julia Sawalha of course, but they're still good together.

Robin Hood series 2 is taking on a whole new appeal, even with already being one of my favourite seasons of modern drama! Dexter Fletcher in one of the episodes I rewatched yesterday, and now an Our Zoo casting connection with Ralf Little!

I have three episodes left to go in House of Cards. I like seeing Nick Brimble in it though I keep hoping for Dayna to come out and wail on him again

The martian Chronicles, Rock Hudson, Barry Morse, the dvd version is an hour longer than the broadcast series at 5 hours, love the shapeshifter story, and the gun that fires wasps!

Have just come across a surprise casting connection between Robin Hood and Robot of Sherwood! Joseph Kennedy plays recurring character Carter here, and Will Scarlett in Doctor Who.

Still watching Star Trek The Next Generation. Last episode(s) I watched was Time's Arrow (double season ending/season starting episode). Excellent story!

And I'm watching classic Doctor Who with my hubby (getting him into Doctor Who Pfft)

We finished Pyramids of Mars Saturday night and started on The Brain of Morbius on Monday.

great Who stories ELa, that season is my favourite....love it when he drops the Brain on the floor! Seeds of Doom is amazing too, one of the best ever!

Mister Turner.

I'm not quite sure what to make of this film. Great performances all around, great costume and cinematography. I would call it more style than substance, but what incredible style.

It looks as though CBSAction have gone back to the beginning with regards to Macgyver.
Last night, they showed the pilot episode (the one where a fatal chemical leak is stopped by a bar of chocolate!!)
If this is the case, it means I get the chance to see Mr Nation's work on the show. He wrote the opening gambit for some of the earlier episodes.
