Genius film! First time I saw it was on TV in the late '70s, late-night one Sunday. It wasn't till the Wednesday that I started to de-traumatise! My schoolmates wondered why I looked so troubled! Soundtrack's amazing. |

My favourite film to feature the late great (and sorely missed) Christopher Lee (and his favourite of his own, as well, apparently). ![]() |

Finished season 4 of Brothers & Sisters. It is still sentimental, feel good bubblegum tv but I am really rather enjoying it. The cliffhanger saw one of the major cast get killed in a car crash. I am now heading back (?) to 2089 to join Will & Co in their battle against The Tripods season 2. |

Branded, a 1960s classic Western TV series starring the late great Chuck Connors and featuring a memorable theme song. |

Some men were born mediocre, some men achieve mediocrity, and some men have mediocrity thrust upon them. In Major Major's case, it was all three. Great twist of a classic Bard line. ![]() MODthra |

Catch 22 is fantastic. Love the book, the 1968 (69?) movie and the recent TV adaptation. Twitter: @TravisinaB7
My views are my own VILA: I'm entitled to my opinion. AVON: It is your assumption that we are entitled to it as well that is irritating. |

No, it's Master BAINES! Dear oh dear... I loved it, had quite a crush on Peter Gilmore. Thought he would have made a good Doctor Who. Twitter: @TravisinaB7

Currently watching "Noah's Castle", an early 80s kids drama (though it's actually quite solid fare) about hyperinflation hitting the UK. The father sees it all coming and buys a house out of town and starts stocking the cellar. The kids are conflicted as the people they know begin to starve; hoarding becomes illegal, the army are brought onto the streets and looters and desperates come on the prowl in search of food... It's been years since I watched The Onedin Line. Was Baines the one they taught to write? |

Line of Duty but it is So complicated. Tend to forget what happened at the start. The Wicker Man is fabulous...and Loved the references to it in the League of Gentlemen: "You did it beautifully!" Christopher Lee's fave of his own work...though I will always adore him for Dracula...until Avon came along, that was my crush and I was only 8...There's a good youtube monatge vid called Beauty of the Beast about the Lee Dracula films. The Walking Dead is back on this weekend, yay. |
