I was enormously tempted to say something I shouldn't there, but I restrained myself!

I just realised that I haven't told you yet ... but I have already booked my flight, accomodation for a week in Stratford and my ticket for the 22nd.
Looking forward to meeting you!

That's wonderful! I'll be there, too, from 15-22 August! Can't wait to meet you.

I'm hoping to wrangle a way to attend this outing. If I can, I will!

Clare, I very much enjoyed reading your 'Jew of Malta' review and I know what you mean about 'sudden, loud noises.' Grin

Hi Mistletoe, please do join us if you can, you're more than welcome.

Perhaps you would let me know if that'll be the case as I'm going to book a table at the pub in the next couple of weeks. Thanks Smile

There's some production photos now on the RSC website, but none have a decent shot of Steven apart from one side view.

Hi all

I would like to see this play but the only tickets left are for standing places. Have any of you done this before? I think there is a rail you can lean on but 3 hours seems a long time to go without a comfy seat!

Thanks
Abs

Hi, I've not done that for theatre before and I would be inclined to agree that it's a long time without a place to perch. Unless you have one of those folding walking stick seat things? You might be able to manage with one.

If you decide to join us let me know and we'll arrange accordingly.

I'm now down and safe in Stratford ... and I even have Internet access in my hotel! Looking forward to meeting the gang again on Saturday!
