what tunes are you listening to?
rojkerr1
will have to get that sweevo! Thanks for heads up! Currently negotiating to buy one of Chris Achilleos' 'dollar' western book cover original artworks, he did about ten, including GTBATU and the the two dollar films, good titles! A coffin full of dollars, a dollar to die for, the million dollar blood hunt etc, he did different covers for different editions too

The soundtrack to the 1983 helicopter movie Blue Thunder, apparently the inspiration for Sega's arcade classic "Thunder Blade".

Child Of Auron
"Let Us Move On" by Dido, from her "Girl Who Got Away" album

Child Of Auron
"Where Were You When I Needed You" by The Bangles from their Greatest Hits

"Thank God It's Christmas" and "A Winter's Tale" by Queen, which I listen to back-to-back every Christmas. Smile

I've been listening to Phil Spector's Christmas Album today.
I've almost worn out the LP (complete with poster) so now I've got the CD.
Thank goodness I live in a detached house...I can turn the volume up and really hear that wall of sound!!!!
Cold.....you don't know the meaning of cold.
Cold is when you have ice on the INSIDE of the window!!!

A very dear British friend of ours- for over 25 years now- sent us the audio CD of Josette Simon in Cleopatra. It has some of the speeches and the music, not the entire production. But we were thrilled and cannot wait to hear it! Our lucky friend got to see the production and raved about it! I can just imagine.

The famous Metal Gear Solid theme - it's so awesome, I listen to it to get me "powered up" for my daily activism. That's right - I'm picking up where Blake left off (but without the violence, cool spaceship and an insurmountable death count). You can listen to the theme here: https://www.youtu...qqq8uqSDnk

I know I mention the Metal Gear games a lot, but that's because I'm a diehard fan of Solid Snake and Big Boss. Smile

You will enjoy this. I listened to it on iTunes after seeing the play as a cinema screening, and it was great to relive the performance. The music is very good (at the cinema they interviewed the young woman who wrote it and she was very self-deprecating, almost inarticulate, but she really did a remarkable joCool. Josette was a memorable Cleopatra; I was talking with the friend I saw it with on Christmas Eve and we were both saying how much we liked it. I am hoping they might release the play on DVD at some stage.

A DVD of the production would be great, dragonq. Let's hope they do that.

"Do the Neurotic" by Genesis, an overlooked instrumental track recorded during the Invisible Touch sessions but not included on the album (although it was released as a B-side to the "In Too Deep" single).
