It IS brilliant when you see someone who you have the hots for! Do you take something calming before the gig?! Grin

Only cos I was trying to drag you out of the late fifties...my aunt's parrot. Get the ref?

I never knew the original version of "Gloria" (popularised by the late great Laura Branigan in 1982) was in Italian, written and performed by Umberto Tozzi in 1979. You learn something new every day. Smile

I thought it was the pen of my aunt...? Is it a literary avian?

One Spare Part
Not the 9 o' clock news sketch in which Rowan Atkinson describes how not to put the phrase 'the late '50s' into a school essay. Very funny.

I love not the nine o'clock news

Event horizon soundtrack, titles are stunning, Kamen and orbital

sweevo
Shame the movie couldn't exactly deliver what it promised in full (about an hour's worth of footage was cut out, including a lot of blood and gore and the climax was severely compressed, including the "Visions of Hell" and the "Burning Man" sequence).

rojkerr1
directors cut?

sweevo
Doesn't exist.

One Spare Part
Now THAT is a film crying out for a director's cut and not because I want more blood and gore. Needs sharpening a little..cos it was almost *there*!
