There was a PGP fanfic called "A Matter of Perception" that had Avon & Vila's escape attempt ruined by a flaw in Orac that was down to one of the issues with Ensor in this episode.

What happened? Haven't read said fanfic.

I don't want to give it away for those that haven't read it so I'll PM you.

Sorry I missed the rewatch today, but I hope to join you next week for Redemption.

Would that I could, Obsidian! Although I do have the ability to reinstate people who get flood-banned, I am as helpless as everyone else when it comes to posting issues. Horizon is hosted on a host server elsewhere (ie we don't have our own), we have no control over these timey-wimey things - and they happen just as much on the Northern Hemisphere rewatches, as they do the Downunder ones.

When posts seem to disappear, more often than not they've been bounced upstream (sometimes a page or two back). When that happens to me, I delete the upstream one and repost my words of wisdom - sometimes it takes two or three goes before they appear where they are supposed to. (And sometimes the conversation has moved on and I just give up on that particular comment. There will always be another rewatch!). However, it's important to leave a gap of at least one minute between reposting attempts - otherwise it can lead to flood banning.

It's not an ideal situation, and the Supreme Commander will need to have words with the Host Server people, but in the mean time - what can I say? Thank you for your patience.

Thanks for thinking of us Travisina. I think we all understand. It was a bit grim for a while there though. Except towards the end when things picked up, I just gave up trying to use 'quote' as that produced the most glitches.
Will give it another go next week.
Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron!GrinFrown
