Last week, Tarrant was eager to explore the strange space craft while Avon was reluctant ... this week they have swapped their opinion.
Seems that Avon has put on his spare head #2 from Harvest of Kairos again ... the one with the brain of a Vulcan scientist!

Not sure why Vila is being written as an actual fool here rather than as someone very sharp merely with a foolish sense of humour. A bit ooc imo.

But surely all he's doing here is showing that foolish sense of humour. Telling bad jokes doesn't make you stupid.
