Well I think Homeworld must be the Marlands? shopping centre down Southampton way, as I'm sure Carol Hawkins appeared in an advert for it in the mid 90s

Orac's aside was humorous, but was it a little ooc? He doesn't normally volunteer such strong feelings about characters personally does he? Or does he?
Reversing the polarity of the neutron flow. I bet that means something. It sounds great.

He does seem to enjoy sparring with Vila, as seen in Ultraworld.

Orac often seems to have it in for Vila.

Thanks for a great rewatch, everyone! I probably won't be around for next week's ep - somehow I've managed to quadruple book myself for June 10th. I need Hermione's time-turner, or an Auron cloning device. Actually, that would be appropriate...

I'm a confused S&S fan - I don't get the reference!

Must be the day of failing technology ... several people with computer problems, and I had a complete power outage! Thankfully just after the end of the episode. At least it looks as if my computer has survived the not-so-graceful shutdown.
So, finally belated thanks for the company on this very entertaining rewatch, and good bye!

The Marlands Centre seems to have changed very little over the years and they could never fill the shops. With the massive West Quay Centre opening just down the road, I think the Marlands has suffered.
I haven't been there for ages. It is so difficult to get to the City Centre and where I live its nigh impossible unless you have a car...and to park is a nightmare and the cost is ridiculous.
But from memory, Homeworld doesn't look anything like the Marlands...although if it did, I would love to go and visit, even if it meant waiting for hours for a bus to take me there and to bring me back! I could get a train, I suppose...it is actually cheaperGrin (Not to mention, more fun!)
