A highly recomended event.

The NSC is a fantastic venue in itself, very interesting.

The event Displays and Guests were all brilliant last time, well worth a visit.

Some photos from last years event, these don't even scratch the surface of what went on and what was on show.

Looks like the B7 peeps will be there on the Saturday then?

Just heard about this event from my friend Martin, Master at Arms and Raygun Consultant who will be attending this event to answer questions and inform people about rayguns, benefits, dangers and types of.
He said the magic words-Blakes 7 will be represented, and the final push-Paul Darrow is scheduled to be there.
So I want to come, but looking at our family diary I will have to make some drastic re-arrangements to make this happen. Will have to see how this works out.

The Saturday it is then!!

AnnaGrant
Further to my earlier post, I regret to inform you that the Raygun consultant will not be available at this event, although he will be attending in a personal capacity.
I am still chewing over how I could get to the Saturday but so far have not had any bright ideas.

Thanks for the info, Dalek.

Could I ask how much the charge will be for autographs at BritScifi?

dalekoracle
Magnificat, all autographs will be 10 for each guest.

A couple more people to add to the guest list... Not from B7, but if Primeval is your thing, then you'll be able to meet the lovely Juliet Aubrey (who played Helen Carter in the show) and, in his first convention appearance ever, we have Ben Miller. Ben played James Lester in Primeval, but he is the much missed (and hugely popular) DI Richard Poole from Death In Paradise.
Ben is of course, one half of the genius comedy double act Armstrong and Miller, so we're HUGELY excited that he's coming along!

Sunday is rapidly turning into Comedy Gods Day - the Red Dwarf Cast, Ben Miller, Simon Hickson (yes, he from from Trevor and Simon "Swing Your Pants / We don't do duvets" fame) and Nev Fountain, who, when not writing SF, is one of the lead writers on Dead Ringers and Have I Got News For You.

If anyones into Cosplay, you can sign up to be an official costumer at the event here: www.britscifi.co.uk/participate

Cheers

Just a quick update on all things BritScifi... and of special interest to everyone here, I'd like to confirm that Sally Knyvette has just been on the phone to let me know that she'll be joining us on Saturday March 1st.

I dunno about you, but I'm grinning from ear to ear!

We got Jenna!

See you all on the 1st!

Do we just pay everything on the day at Brit Sci-Fi? And how much is it for autographs and photos?

Dalekoracle said autographs are 10 each and the photo shoot is 25 according to the website. Tickets for that available from the information desk.

Looks like show entry tickets have to be pre-bought. I've booked for the Saturday.
