Are you ok MsVirn? All well in your part of the planet?

fine here. It's raining and the dog just managed to get himself shut in a room (wrong sort of feet for unfastening doors) so I'll get back to work on the ficlets....
You're not sulking, I hope?

I might have to go back and watch Powerplay now.... I still dont know whose ship it is....

I think you should. Your time's your own, now that you're retired. Great, isn't it?

Sure is. Although to be honesty I never really minded working - it was just the idiots I worked for that I had a problem with. Unfortunately now the whole country is finding how dumb they are.

And they ARE dumb. But someone dumber voted for them.

Very very true. It sure wasnt me! Unfortunately I doubt Albanese or Minns would do a lot better. Problem is our system doesnt encourage good people to enter politics.

Not anymore. It's everyone for himself, first, second, third, ad infinitum. They're all so mediocre. Sad

Do you contribute to the ficlets? I wish I had time.

Dogs need to learn to get cats to open doors. They're so much better at it. Shock

Hi all,

I've enjoyed catching up with your comments - sorry to miss the rewatch. I've started next week's thread, but will miss that one as well - I'm taking my car for its MOT and taking mother-in-law to the dentist (need to make sure I get those the right way round...!).
My views are my own.

VILA: I'm entitled to my opinion.
AVON: It is your assumption that we are entitled to it as well that is irritating.
