And I don't think Avon ever forgets it.

No, Avon is a man who bears grudges, and who needs to be the cleverest person around.

I think that was just unfortunate - it was what he was wearing in Star One / Aftermath, so it makes sense to still be in the same outfit. But in those eps he was only in studio, not location.
My views are my own.

VILA: I'm entitled to my opinion.
AVON: It is your assumption that we are entitled to it as well that is irritating.

'I felt your pain', followed by 'You've no idea what I've been through'
Evidently Vila has no idea what telepathy is.
You're not sulking, I hope?

Space bedding! Very Barbarella.

Oh. The wet suede bum? Well, they all started out before Star One looking rather attractive in their leathers and suedes. Cally looks ok in hers, but Avon and Vila both need a bath.

What I find interesting is that Cally tries to contact Vila before anyone else - you don't see her calling for Blake, f'rinstance.

And nothing shows of what the purple tent dress went through on Sarran

The dials and knobs in this show always look fascinating. They remind me so much of my father's electrical substations. Same vintage too.

Servalan isn't interested in Vila at all, is she? Typical Federation attitudes to the service grades?

To men in general, unless they represent a challenge. Hence, she has a go at Tarrant, and succeeds, but Avon's a different story.

Men to Servie are tools – big 'T' tools or little 't' tools; they're all tools.

It's not her attitude to Blake, Avon, or Tarrant.

It was probably for plot convenience, but did she ever try to contact Blake or Jenna. It was usually Avon.

Might she think that Vila would be nearest, since their two escape pods left together? Or is she maybe most concerned for him, as the one who'd be most scared.
Avon: "Not enough! Not nearly enough! Dammit, what weighs seventy kilos?"
Orac: "Vila weighs seventy-three kilos, Avon."
Avon: "Vila, are you here? I need your help."
