Dayna's outfits in this are all rather special. The one-shouldered jumpsuit is rather smart too.

True. Some of those one-shouldered outfits from the 70's can look a bit tacky but that jumpsuit is good quality and really smart.

Yes, changes her focus straight back to what he needs.
You're not sulking, I hope?

That why the bad guys always win - and I dont just mean in the movies.

Sadly true. But I do believe that's the moral of this whole tale.

There's that goddess running on sand in heels again.

He's not that one-dimensional. He is protective but he also needs her help. Pragmatism and compassion aren't necessarily mutually exclusive.

It all depends where you shop. Smile I wonder if any of Dayna's outfits are in Gary Holland's collection? Can't remember.

To be a hero or even just be good you need to listen to and consider others. If you just shoot first (like the bad guys) then by definition you are no longer good. It's a sad paradox.

Well. Who is this young pup? I like Avon's look of pure distaste.

Why I couldn't stand the 'goodie always wins' US shows when I was growing up. They were all so patently untrue.

But then he makes the stupid mistake of 'Your ship? i don't think so.' - but that's next week.

I have always wondered if Avon had some traumatic experience with an authority figure with curly hair in his childhood. First Blake, now Tarrant - it really seems to trigger him.

Have you? About the same as usual I thought. We all add our two-pennyworth.

Thanks for the rewatch. It's different every time.

It was fairly new stuff at the time so there's probably some from the early '70s in a museum somewhere.
