I love this episode, and thought I could remember it well... nope, lol.

I had to reply to a couple of texts (I really should turn my phone off!), so now I'm not sure if I missed how most of the crew died and Avon got shot. I'm assume I'm not meant to know the story yet (and I suspect they may not hae actually died).

I love how Avon likes drinking the 'industrial cleanser'. It sounds smooth, haha. Probably Illegal's a good name Smile

We should try to recreate it!

We did at Return to Gauda Prime One in 2011. Champagne, white and red wine, orange juice- we took all the bottles from dinner and into the hotel lobby and mixed them until we didn't care any more.

Fantastic! Sorry to have missed it.

Have you ever made B7 character cocktails? You take an ingredient for each letter of their name, and mix...
So for example:
VILA = Vodka, Ice, Lemonade, Advocaat
AVON = Absinthe, Vodka, Orange juice, Nesquik
...etc

That sounds dangerous. Hmmm A Del Grant- vodka straight up with a squeeze of lemon juice- and GINGER!

I spent a very very silly evening with Nic Best doing this! Gosh, we were legless by the end!
My views are my own.

VILA: I'm entitled to my opinion.
AVON: It is your assumption that we are entitled to it as well that is irritating.

We know! Brad and me with Jason Haigh-Ellery.

Molybdenum Brown. Is she a cousin to Perpugilliam Brown?

Hahaha, brilliant! And sophisticated, with champague Smile Wish I'd been there! It's definitely a drink that can change recipe dependant on what you can get your hands on. But, with time to plan... and import... I think we could get the alcohol content a little higher. Since it's served in a pirate bar, rum could be a good base... Der Gute Pott is a nice rum (60%).
Avon: "Not enough! Not nearly enough! Dammit, what weighs seventy kilos?"
Orac: "Vila weighs seventy-three kilos, Avon."
Avon: "Vila, are you here? I need your help."

Perpugilliam. Her freinds call her annoying....... We love Nicola Bryant, it's her character which grates on the nerves at times.

I knew my life was missing something! A shame they mostly have such short names, lol, but a 'Servalan' gets more interesting Smile

A friend of mine used to go diving in the Caribbean and would bring back coconut rum. That stuff is dangerous.

This is so exciting! Molly goes from flirty young pirate to Federation spy to ruthless cut-throat in seconds.

When I has a kid there was a restaurant we went to that made amazing Grasshoppers, like an alcoholic mint milkshake. I was too young to order one but would wheedle a taste of Dad's. None that I have had as and adult has been nearly as good Sad

I've said this before but executive producer Nick Briggs (voice of the Daleks) calls us 'those Blake people' to our delight.
