I can attest from first hand experience that severe indigestion (an irritated stomach lining) has symptoms very similar to the warning signs of an impending heart attack (though you won't pass out from it).

I was off work recently with bad indigestion. I'd never had indigestion or heartburn before. It felt quite painful around my heart, and the doctor explained why I'd feel indigestion in that area (which I can't remember now).

This is sooo creepy, using credits to buy words and friends to talk to. It's bonkers, but an interesting concept!
