Ian Kubiak
Cygnus Alpha Events is returning back to where it all started and will be reuniting cast and crew members of Blake's 7 with fans of the BBC Cult Classic. 2021 will be 40 years since the show went off the air with it's unforgettable last episode, transmitted in December 1981!

Teleport Day take place on Sunday 31/01/2021 and is a virtual Blake's 7 event taking place over Zoom. There will be a total of 5 Zoom chats with cast and crew members. These will be split up into series specific guests and the final zoom chat of the day will feature members of the main cast.

10:00 - 11:00 (Series 1)

12:00 - 13:00 (Series 2)

14:00 - 15:00 (Series 3)

16:00 - 17:00 (Series 4)

18:00 - 19:00 (Main Cast)

Tickets cost £35.00 and come with a specially produced post card, which will be signed by one of the guests taking part. You will also have the chance to purchase autographs from all of the guests taking part. You will have the chance to ask questions to all the guests and once again, the interviews are conducted by myself.

All guests will be taking part in smaller Zoom chats which are limited to 10 people and cost an additional £15 and will last for 30 minutes. These are called "Orac Sessions".

Full event details can be found on the website www.cygnusalpha.org

We'd love to, but Waaaay too early in the morning for us.

I've got a ticket for it. I'm hoping I can join all the Zoom sessions, but I can't miss Michael Keating or Brian Croucher.

Avon: "Vila, are you here? I need your help."

It is a tad early for the US.... I'd need a rather loud alarm clock to get me out of bed at 5am on a Sunday morning Shock

4 AM our time. Can't decide if that's really early or really late.

Well now... I'm expecting this to be a simple Zoom watching, without the need for me to get the episode to play, then multitask keeping it in sync, while reading and reply to posts (before the posters have finished the rewatch and gone to bed Pfft ). I will have to collect my car from a repair, but hopefully I can manage that in a gap! Smile

Probably depends if you bother going to bed beforehand.

I don’t think I can make it, either. I’ll probably be desperately trying to hit the self-assessment tax return deadline on Sunday... no time for anything else! Angry

I can't make it, either. Full on, wall to wall stuff - now that I have a full time job again (yay!), everything else piles up for the weekend...
My views are my own.

VILA: I'm entitled to my opinion.
AVON: It is your assumption that we are entitled to it as well that is irritating.

Hi Folks!

I'm sorry that some of you are unable to join in due to the time differences and other commitments.

Stay safe everyone and to those of you joining in tomorrow, see you on the screen!

Please send everybody a socially distant hug from me. If anybody could please say to Mr.Croucher “Lizzy says Hello,Darling” I would be grateful-I met him at the last con in London in 2019 so he might not remember the reference but hey ho!

Have a lovely time everybody, and thanks to Ian for organising it! I hope to make the next one!
