Making blakes 7

The making Blake's 7 Twitter feed is doing so much great work, I was wondering if anyone knows if there is any chance of a book being published of all the photos he has found and cleaned up ?.

We (those of us on Twitter) do keep asking him to publish them as a book! It would be wonderful to be able to admire in print, not just on screen - especially given the ephemeral nature of Twitter.

Perhaps he could put them all in a book and publish thru Lulu ?, I think that's a print to order company if I'm not mistaken ?.

The photos are from a massive collection that were recovered from all over by a fan, by his own massive efforts, and returned to the BBC. He also shared the collection with JH (Scorpio Attack/Making B7) and Big Finish. (But sadly, not with me!) I think the collection has been added to with scans of magazine articles and reviews of the VHS tapes etc.

I think that publishing them would require some kind of deal with the BBC, or at least permission.

Yeah, my impression is that there may be copyright issues involved.

Thats a shame, as they are a wonderful, historical insight into the making of B7, if any copyright issues could be overcome they would make a fantastic large, coffee table type book, or books, maybe four volumes, one for each season.

I've been enjoying the Making Blake's 7 Twitter feed, admiring the photos on my tiny phone screen. I'd love a large book (or four) with them all in. I hope any copyright issues can be resolved. For now, I'm going re-admire them in more detail on my laptop screen.
