Sorry to take so long - I was finding 'Witches Abroad' on my shelf. It's a hardback, and was right at the end. Had to move a Lego Harry Potter Knight Bus, a cuddly frog keyring, a rubber in the shape of an old computer and a non-working pedometer to get to it...
