Can I recommend (again) Ian and Eric's excellent B7 In Character Podcasts on Neozaz. (Sorry, not sure how to put a link here). There's 100 of them in all, so plenty to keep you occupied until, God willing, the Corona Virus epidemic is finished.

Blake's Sudoku

All the phrases represent numbers that go with them. E.g. "Blake's" = 7

Hopefully you can get them all. The one cheat is "Darlon", which isn't from the show but from publicity material. Soolin was originally described as being from Darlon IV, and it's the only 'four' I could think of!

Okay, I got most of them, but I'm missing a couple and have a duplicate:

Residence 1
DSV 2
Alpha 3 (Games) but also Priority 3 (The Way Back)
Darlon 4
Paraflame 5
?? 6
Blake's 7
Domo 8
?? 9

Having said that, one can Sudoku just with the phrases, but it's irking me that I've not solved the number clues!

You have them all correct, Travisina. 3 is from Games.

Of the remaining two, one is from Deathwatch and the other from Rescue. You may even get one of them by reading the remaining phrases and seeing which number sounds most likely (or rings a bell) when read with it.

It's a perfectly normal sudoku so you can give it a go once you have the starting numbers, if you want to.

After over two weeks, my second and, for now, final bundle of Blake's 7 goodies from Big Finish arrived at my doorstep today, along with my copy of the '79 B7 annual that I got from a fella in Wisconsin on eBay. Social isolation is gonna be lit.

Those splendid fellows at MIWK Publishing have made one of their Doctor Who books available for free download:

Chris from MIWK has posted elsewhere:

FREE BOOK!

The world is in a terrible state, everything's depressing, we're all stuck indoors.

To help we're making one of our books, Wallowing in Our Own Weltschmerz free!

You can download it here:
https://miwkpublishing.com/uploads/Wallowing.pdf

Please, if you enjoy the book do consider making a donation to Alzheimer's Society as this was the charity the book was produced for.

Please spread the word across all your favourite #DoctorWho sites.

Stay safe, stay indoors, and we hope you enjoy our silly Doctor Who book.

(With thanks to Robert Hammond, Andrew Orton, Phil Ware, Chris Orton and Andy Davidson. Oh, and Andy X. Cable)

John Finnemore has made some videos with his character Arthur from 'Cabin Pressure' - now grounded.

Cabin Fever - episode 1

There's several episodes so far, but I'm sure you'll find them.

The National Theatre are streaming plays every Thursday: National Theatre at Home.

I'm told that this week's offering, "One Man, Two Guv'nors", (streaming 7pm on 2nd April) starts slow but is very funny.

Not so much an activity as sitting outside in the sun watching the birds, and wondering,

"Has anyone (UK) seen any swallows yet?"

If I'm not too late, we could chart their spread north through Britain.

Hertfordshire reporting:
I think I spotted a pair. Or at least, something fan-tailed in flight. I noticed because they were different from our usual high flying avians, which typically include red kites and - for no apparent reason, because we're 50 miles inland from the nearest coast - seagulls.

I’m probably too far north at the minute. Although someone is definitely nesting in my roof. It sounds like they’re going to peck their way through the ceiling any day now. I have not yet identified who this might be...

Down on the South Coast reporting in. No swallows as yet, but Blue tits and Robins are taking up the offer of nesting boxes
Cold.....you don't know the meaning of cold.

Magpies? When they run across our roof, it sounds like they're wearing hobnail boots.

The most magpies I've ever seen together in one group ('mischief'?? 'charm'???) is four. I thought my varifocals were playing up. Can anyone rustle up a five or a six?

I don't think I've ever seen that many. Probably why 'five for silver, six for gold' - 'cos it's rare. Here's the 1968 TV theme tune -
